The pre-existence of Tianhe Petroleum Machinery Joint-Stock Co., Ltd is Mudanjiang Petroleum Machinery Co., Ltd, established in 1973, under the flag of which includes Huifeng Petroleum drilling tools holding Co., Ltd and Xi’an Changqing Petroelum Machinery Holding Co., Ltd.

Approved by State Administration of Industry & Commerce in 2007, Tianhe Petroleum Machinery Joint-Stock Co., Ltd was build formally and has registered capital 50million RMB, covering 150,000 square meters, more than 600 employees, 23 senior engineers and 38 engineers, 57 assistant engineers and different specialized machines, more than 500 sets of production facilities, 37 sets of inspection facilities.
